Xbox Live Vendor Glitch?

Can anyone tell me about the "false advertisment" bug? and for those of you that dont know the "false advertisment" bug is a bug where a Vendor (any vendor with exotic gear, usually the underground or tech section vendor) sells a gun that has a set amount of dps. Lets say hes selling a 109,000 dps gun. And when you buy it, the dps goes to somewhere abouts of 98k dps. Can anyone tell me why this happens? i feel like im getting ripped off of my pheonix creds

Sounds like the same issue that people have when they're playing with their gear and they notice that the DPS on their weapons keeps changing even after they stop.  DPS is based on your character's gear and firearms skill, so you and I can look at the same weapon at the same vendor and the DPS might register higher for you if you're build has a better base bonus to DPS than me.  

If you think it's something more than that, I'd suggest that you head to the Ubisoft Division Forums and post up to see if they can look into that for you.
