Smart Cover Destroy Madness

ok, x2 questions regarding using a med kit + combat medic talent destroys SMART cover...

1) If you take cover and get the buff, can you pop out of cover and use a med kit + combat medic to mitigate destroying the deployed smart cover??  

2) In the event the proposed work around mentioned in question #1 works; If in a group and one of the group members is actively taking cover against the deployed smart cover, will (me) popping out of cover and using my med kit + combat medic still cause the smart cover to get destroyed because of the other group member(s) actively taking cover receiving heals from my med kit?? This madness has to stop. if you wanna see epic baby rage, go ahead and pop your combat medic med kit against the smart cover owned by the dude who is constantly reminding everyone not to do it. JK, don't do that. i know you all love running with the guy with the ridiculous op smart cover that boost your dps 100k+. much love to the skill power tanky support gurus  :17_heart_eyes:

Aye this is incredibly annoying. A perk or talent should not effect the other unless specifically noted. We make sure (sadly) everyone takes combat medic off when we are running smart cover. Not exactly sure of the test results from Question 1 above.
