Be sure to check your situation board in Camp Hudson twice because after the first set of side missions are complete, it will disappear from your map. I checked it again tonight and it updated and gave me another set of side missions. I was looking for the mission that I heard about where you have to hunt down the female escapee murderer and after rechecking the board it appeared.
