Showstopper and other issues

From my knowledge (reading & watching info videos) The showstopper should drop from a daily heroic mission or from the Dragon Nest. Now this isn't happened to me! Why? Any suggestions?

B.L.I.N.D gear not producing the flashbang for me! Why?

(The B.L.I.N.D. Gear Set’s 4 piece bonus creates a flashbang on the target’s death location without actually having to use a grenade yourself and could probably offer a high value of crowd control. )

Actually I use the 5 Piece Blind Set and it work's a lot with my build just trying to roll a little more DPS out of it or find newer parts but it does wonders for crowd control and same here I never seen the Showstopper at all and was wondering the same thing but I found one downside I had a teammate get flash bang from my grenade so I think there must be a small bug in the system

I now have two showstoppers and wish I could give you one.   I got my first on Lincoln tunnel but that's only after playing maybe 100 heroic missions.   Then I got the 2nd one about 10 heroic missions later on Lexington.   It's an OK shotgun.   It's not as good as it looks, which is unfortunate.    Massive mistake with this gun, an the downfall of the division, is they are so cheap with making guns standout, that they end up making the gun less than it should.   IMO, ultimately that will be the downfall of the division.  It's OK to make something slightly better.   I remember playing Gears Of War and there were some weapons that if u got your hands on, the other person knew they was at an disadvantage (like the boom shot).   I think the rate of fire on the showstopper should be slightly faster to be an automatic.   I can shoot just as fast with the SASG.

I can't remember if Showstopper has set talents or random ones.

It has 1 set talent, which is "Showstopper", which isn't the best and works backwards IMO.  The other two are randoms.
