Short by 40 on tech%

Any idea on where I can find em? I did all the tech stuff,ended up short by 40 lol. I can't get it to 100% ty

Check for situation reports in your safe house. You can probably get a new encounter or side mission to get it.

you should have plenty of tech encounters left over.  I have several encounters of all 3 types left over after upgrading all wings.  Do what @TheDarkZone said and check all of the safe houses.  let us know If that works!

Try them all. I had like 200 tech points extra when I was done.

ya know what,I finished all the tech encounters but i havent done all the side missions. They didnt say you are rewarded tech points,guess I just gotta do em all lol. Thanks for the tips

I haven't even completed all the side mission or encounters and I'm plus 200 in all wings. I would complete them, but saving them just incase I need the xp in a later DLC or something.

Don't have this issue. I'm at 100% and have done all with 280 left over..I reckon you missed one somewhere

Pretty simple...Im an ass! I did some side missions and another tech encounter appeared outta nowhere lol. so I got it,but the issue with the vendor was I wasnt lvl 30 yet! so I got that too,now I need Phoenix creds lol fml. thanks for the help guys
