The Shields will be commencing Thursday. The infograph provides an outline. There are 12 shields, 4 of which occur June. These will unlock content in TD2. Hopefully that will be clearer the next SoTG.

That seems like it will be hard to pull off. By the time it launches, we'll only have 2 weeks to get the 4. Every other month seems doable though.

People are nervous that we may only have the month to hit particular ones, or whether they run to the end like Commendations.

If you're not big on the DZ, do that first. People in there are more focused on clearing their Landmarks than you. That'll change later.

For Manhattan boss 10, don't bother with LZ bosses as HVT Bosses count.

And if some of the HVTs are a bit difficult then join some else's group as it is just any 8 not each individual one on your list. (You can repeat the easier ones and they still count towards your 8)

I do HVT weekly every Thursday with my son.

Named DZ bosses - are there others besides the landmarks?  West Side Pier - I have done very little, are doing the missions enough?

So I believe I have two shields (BOO and HVT).

The earlier areas of the DZ have bosses without Landmarks. 

I think the easiest way for Westside Piers bosses is to run a Resistance mission

Sacred :     Count your blessings - Complete 10 phases, get to level 10 and kill 10 Hunters in the UG

Phoenix:     Never say die - Extract 5 items, survive for 5 hours and kill 5 Hunters in Survival

Talon:   Death from above - Attain a Commendation score of 3000

Rebel:         Fight for your rights - Get to wave 15 in Resistance















Fang:               Tooth and claw - Complete every available mission on Legendary difficulty















Prime:      First and only - Collect 3 full classified gear sets

Marshal:        Law and order -Acquire all Exotic Armor and Weapons

Chieftain:        Hail to the chief - Achieve the highest possible optimized gear score [290]

Now have three,  WSP done.  7 of the landmarks cleared in about an hour with my son.  We will be doing those tomorrow.

On WSP - carrier, if you can get to the boss run (5th wave I believe) and just kill the boss - you don't need to survive - your good.  I got my last three in WSP that way in about 90 min.

Think I have done all those apart from the 3k commendation score (I think) and the Survival one.

Guess we will have to wait and see how many are back dated as some of them are meant to be (like Shepherd).

The ones I have already done are not too hard so should be very doable to get them done again which is encouraging.  The fear was that some would be unattainable to all but the players with significant time and experience in the game but that appears not to be the case if the data miners are correct.

• Rebel: Fight for your rights
  
• Prime: First and only
  
• Chieftain: hail to the chief  (BTW highest is 291)
  

Not sure about Marshal, I don't think I have ever compiled a list, but I got a bunch.
Talon: 2365 so no.
