Season pass - not working

after installing the season pass in which I never saw download but my code was accepted. The only stuff I was able to get from the rewards vendor was the free Ubisoft stuff not the actual season pass content . I hear others are experiencing similar issues, any word on a resolution?? Btw I'm on ps4.

Tough to say, I'd see if you still have the problem in 24 hours or so after install. Also if I'm not mistaken, any item you get becomes obsolete pretty quick. Also I think you only get rewards from the season pass if you pre-ordered it, don't quote me though, I could be wrong.

This ironic since yesterday I finally got my gold editions set from the rewards vendor. When I first played the game, I typed in the code and all I got was the shotgun. I went in yesterday and I had a damn Sears catalog.
