Season pass items missing

So I bought the game and season pass from gamestop and downloaded my season pass from the Playstation Store code reedem section but never recieved any of it in the game.  Went to the rewards vendor and got my pre-order bonuses but thats it

same here I don't know how to find all the things I got with my  gold edition after I put in all the codes
