PSN PS4 - MENU/MAP SCREEN

When I push on the pad on my controller for the menu/map screen, it won't load.  I can't fast travel, I can't see the map... Nothing.  I have to log off and then log on every time just to see the map screen/menu.   Is anyone else having that problem?!  What's going on?

I think this was one of the bugs XB1 and PC had with the release of 1.3.  Unfortunately, because Massive sent 1.3 to Sony for certification before they finished with the XB1 and PC fixes for 1.3, we got a lot of the same bugs in our update.  A fix should be coming soon for it.
