the npc damage is OUT OF CONTROL! im SICK of lighting them up then getting ONE shot because i didnt "kill" it fast enough, also this getting hit through rocks, walls, concrete, hills, vehicles or ANYTHING a bullet will not go through is 100% pure BS.... i get the game has been out for some time now, buts lets be real here, a shooter is NOT a dps game, a head shot is a 1 (ONE) shot kill 100% of the time, a close up shotgun shot is a 100% kill 100% of the time...
