No weapon skins with my season pass nor the shotgun either

I purchased the season pass yesterday from my local GameStop and when I entered the code I did not receive the sawed off shotgun or the weapon skins does anybody know what's up if this is just happening to me and where do I find them and the vendor I tried already

I think you had to of purchased it before release.

You may have had to purchase prior to launch as others have said. One thing you can check though is your waiting downloads (not sure where this is on the PS4). I know on my Xbox One, I put the codes in and everything but nothing auto-downloaded. I ended up having to go to game management and the weapons, skins, and all other things that come with the season pass were just sitting there waiting to be installed.
