PSN Newly leveled 30, lfg

Hey all, just hit 30 recently and didn't listen to people and now finding out how hard it is to do anything to progress especially since daily's are out of the game for the time being. Tried to enter the DZ 3 times just to be hit by rogues almost immediately entering, and when finally finding a pug willing to accept me they turn around and kick/kill me to take the loot from the boss we killed. So trying to find a group of people that will help a newbie out.
