New screenshot about the outbreak released

This was just released on the Division official website, from what people are gathering is that the virus in game spread through money, and thats why it spread so quickly and couldnt be stopped. I think this is a cool and unique approach to the typical and common "virus killing humanity" theme in video games that no one has tried before. People are also seeing that the serial numbers on the bill are different, and if you look at the differences the numbers are 2 and 2, which could lead to be a hidden teaser for the beta being released in February 2nd. Thoughts?

Unique indeed, and very plausible. However as for the hidden code, it's quite a stretch. Some folks out there are reaching for anything. My guess is we'll hear something within the next 7 days.

I did a pretty good run down on what i thought it meant in the official forums...

I'll cut/paste

There are 3 prominant deformities on the bank note (folds/cuts) = 03/March

The green is 8 letters = 8th day

$20 dollar bill = 20

The marks on the face and poison the last O in poison looks more like a 0, so that 0 (POISON vs POIS0N) is not counted in pen marks. 

That adds up to 16 pen marks = 16 and the $20 and you have 2016

​Well Intel must have gotten it from somewhere :&lt. Either way its offical news, and turned out to mean nothing more than how the virus was spread and the release date of the game lol
