I am busy trying to finish manhunt week 9/9 objectives. Obj 2 says we need to kill a warhound convoy in west potomac. I have two true son cp's and one outcast cp. I have tried everything to get the warhound convoy to spawn: resetting control points after taking them all - then not taking any and waiting. Activted tidal basis again and leave it - jum from west potomac to NY and back, kiling resource convoys and elite squads, doing activities around TB, changing global difficulty, everything people said i must try. I need assistance please. I am on PC, wolf_ex. Thank you.
