How do I find a weapon with at least 60k stock DPS

I am level 30/36 with a gear score of 172. I have 90k dps, 113k Health with 60% mit and 10k skills power.  Can anyone tell me where find a weapon with 60k stock DPS or Higher.

Nope. DPS is dependent on a lot of factors, most notably your firearms stat, which you haven't told us. If you're looking for a purchase, try the b.o.o. special vendor, or the darkzone safehouse vendors. Drops on the other hand are randomized.

DPS as the game sees it is irrelevant anyway, as the formula used to obtain it is riddled with inaccuracies.
