PC help region problem

hi 

can anyone help with this locked rigon i have onlu russian and china language !! 

i contacts epic store told them if i do not get english so get my money back the do not answer me ?? and help ! 

same as ubisoft 

why they just  lock the region i have buy your game and it is My decision to choose wht language i want not the company ???? 

i was love the division 1 and i like 2 but this problem and support is really bad !

Have you looked here?  This is how to change and download a new language pack.  But another more sinister thought is the country you bought it in does not allow you to change languages..........
