Help!! Keep falling through world in Russian Consulate Mission

So I got through the whole mission got to hornet was about to kill him and I fell through the floor. I was spawned at the safe house close to the mission ran back and the server room door was closed. Restarted the Mission got to the same place and once again fell through the floor, and you guessed it. Ran back and the door was locked again.  So I got a little angry, and got off wasn't willing to do it a 3rd time last night. My question at this point must be obvious but I will ask it anyway what do I do. I read a bunch of stuff on the forums some say restart the game and your ps4 the problem will be gone, others say just treat the floor like hot lava because they couldn't fix the problem just had to find a way around it. So I am looking for a little advice how do I fix this. Is the hot lava maneuver the only way, or will the reset work, or is there a 3rd way. Any help you could give would be appreciated!

Well same thing was happening to me and my buddy we restarted and are half way through the mission if anyone wants to join mssg xXECHOGRIZZLYXx

That happened to me 3 times in a row doing the Daily Mission at the Lincoln Tunnel, (falling through the map surface) I logged out and logged back in and it seemed to fix the problem but it was super frustrating for me and I felt bad for the other team members I was with because "woosh" I was gone...

This happened twice to me today on the same Russian Consulate mission. A lot of these similar posts suggest loading is the problem, but I fell through areas I had successfully traversed moments before. Why don't they just put you at the last checkpoint instead of throwing you into a safehouse and preventing you from rejoining a challenge mission in progress? "Oops, our game is broken, now we'll punish you for it." Just mean.

This has happened to me in hard mode today 3 times and on one occasion in a battle with a mob which was floated. Each time I wound up in The Grindhouse, one occassion I somehow remarkably ended up 'downed' on the floor of The Grindhouse ... nope, noone ressed me

Seriously, it was already hard mode - nothing under your feet makes it mission impossible !

Has anyone seen any post from the game developers to suggest it will be fixed ?

This has happened to me a few times in different missions. I have also fell through the street while free roaming. I have encountered more glitches in this game than all other games I have played combined. Still a fun game though

Generally when there is a loading message on the bottom right of your screen just wait for it to be done. If you're on PC, get a Solid State Drive.
