Guilty Pleasures

Xeromaus

The Rogue Mod
Inspired by the metal thread, Here we post things we like/love that we're slightly (or massively) embarrassed by. Music, movies, books, games, skin care regiments, hobbies, old fan club registrations, whatever. If it makes you happy, but also makes you want to hide, post it here!

Note: By reading this thread, you automatically give up the right to use the information found within to ridicule or blackmail any poster with the things they posted...outside of this thread. Within this thread, fire away!

I'll kick it off with the Rednex. Don't be afraid, that really IS a Swedish band dressed as yokels yodelling techno country music at you over what sounds like a Charlie Daniels Band record on 10x speed having sex with a synthesizer...If it piques your interest, their album Sex and Violins was arguably the best, but there are a few nuggets across their whole discography.

This is the best music video I've ever seen. :4_joy:

oh come on man, I've done that sitting in their drive through. You have the smile of a man with juicier things to hide than that....
haha, I can't get to juicy, my gf knows I run this site and might even check up on it sometimes.

  • I love the show friends
  • I cried at the end of The Green Mile as well as The Boy in the Bubble
  • Coke

Edit: spoilers ahead, I guess?

I've teared up at some odd movies as well, no shame there. Most recently near the end of Kung-Fu Panda 3 when the village had their break through about Chi and saved Po...but I WAS pretty baked at the time, and alone, so it doesn't count.

Coke Cola right? :10_wink:

Mine would probably be along the lines of:

  • Mattessons Fridge Raiders
  • Guinness Soda Bread
  • Any film produced by Alejandro G. Iñárritu (21 Grams, Nine Lives, Babel & more recently The Revenant)
  • Natalie Dormer

I'm the OP, and I'm ok with that lmao.
I like this thread and I don't want to take over (I've also got enough threads of my own on the go right now) so just enjoy my newest thread. Here.

This was a joke thread for myself, Xeromaus and g1nt3r to enjoy. Feel free to delete it and sorry for the added work.
