I accidentally uninstalled the digital copy I bought of the gold edition which I bought through Amazon but am now missing the downloads for survivor pack, ny police, NY firefighter , NY paramedic, and hunter what do I do?

There should have been a key code you were given before. If you havent already entered it. If you did use the code check the rewards vendor in the main base under the tech stairs.

Yes I had all the packs but uninstalled the game when I reinstalled now they are all gone not even on my Xbox downloads anymore

Yes I did nothing there either like I said my character was wearing some of these items I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and now they're gone.

I got the gold version, installed all the add-ons, and never got any extra gear/weapons as stated. It's still pissing me off. For Amazon, go to your purchase history and it should still have the codes.
