Glitching out of the map

This really needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I was at the end of the Russian consulate daily challenge and got sent into the bottom of the map. Please Ubisoft fix this because I lost out on all the loot from the mission.

same for me. happened 3 times yesterday. fuckin annoying. respawned in safe house, fast travel to consulate, then run through whole building just to find closed doors near the servers which cannot be opened. so I had to kill myself and waited for the respawn with my crew. then it all happened again. and again...
