The only character that has AB ran 2x AB, 2x LS, 2x FM. When I got my 3rd AB piece I dropped the 2x LS and added a vigorous chest with the 3rd AB. I've finally settled on 4x AB & 2x FM.
Personally, I'd prefer the +50% EDR from the FM over the +3 incendiary bullets. The bullets are consumable, whereas the EDR is always active and it helps a ton with cleaner flamers. If you like the incendiaries, try to hook up with someone with 4x reclaimer (or pair that with your 2x AB or 2x LS) and then you get unlimited consumable ammo.
