Gear set locations, upcoming Juggernaut Gear set, Daily schedule extension & giveaway

With the help of /u/t149 on Reddit, I have updated all of the gear sets with how they can be acquired. Also, found a new gear set that will be coming in a future release called Juggernaut's Battlegear, which is a tank set. Daily Mission schedule is still hard coded but extended and final hour to sign up for our LootCrate giveaway.
