Four Free Gear Sets and Preorder Problem

Ubisoft sent me a email to claim the four Free Gear sets with instructions on how to obtain them in game and how to download them from the store via code. But where the code should be is just a orange box but no code at all, I thought it was just the phone I was using so I tried my ps4 and it's still there I tried my computer and it's still there. Is there anyway of receiving an acutal code to put in?! They got my hopes up on getting the four gear sets but they literally forgot the code. And along with my hazmat gear set that I didn't get. I pre-ordered the damn game, when will I get my five gear sets I desperately wanted?

The same thing has happened with me on xbox one I've already typed in my codes and installed the packs from the store and nothing happened I don't have any of the content

Hey I'm having an issue with the 4 gear too. Except I have a code. I entered it but no download appeared for it. And it's not at the rewards vendor. Smh little disappointed

Does anyone know how to get the four gear set after you enter the 25 digut code. No download popped up for me and the gears not in the game at the rewards vendor. I dont see it In the Xbox store either. If anyone knows how to fix this please post. Thanks.

I had to enter the code three times to finally accept.. thru PS store, last night while the update was downloading.  once base of ops was established in Manhattan, I went to the rewards vendor and found them under the retrieve tab I believe. but the Hazmat gear was missing and possibly the weapon paint that each of the four agent origins kits have..

Same issue here, when I was in the tutorial I saw the little blurbs about gear and thought I saw the fire and hunter indicate they were ready but when I got all of the gear from the UBI club none of the other gear was there.

on the first day of  the division  I purchased the season pass with shotgun. the symbol is on my xbox one and error code can any one help thank.

I also have entered the code (that I received after initially receiving the "orange box") and I saw a message that told me something to the effect of "You now own the Agrnt Origins gear set"- but it is not available in game at the rewards vendor nor visible anywhere in the Xbox store.
