FIX the FN Medical Wing glitch

How can you have released 2 updates & still have not fixed the issue with being unable to unlock a wing.  This is mindblowing, you fixed a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with the game but you don't fix a main story of the game.  I have put in a ticket, emailed ubisoft, tweeted ubisoft, reinstalled the game, played the madison garden again and again and again etc etc etc & still no Jessica Kendel at the base of operations.  What gives? I will not restart a new character because of a game I spent $60  for hasn't figured it out yet.  Ubisoft might quite literally have the worst customer service of anyone I have ever encountered.  Absolutely ridiculous.  HELP

There was a glitch were a tutorial mission wound not disappear from my base of operation, even after completing it a 100% .  It always gave a waypoint every time I log in , very annoying and seems like a big problem for many after searching google. After yesterday's patch it's gone . I'd say they are going in the right direction addressing bugs , give it some time or start a 2nd character while you can't progress. There are many benefits from having a 2nd toon anyways .
