Finally crafted my first vector...is it a good one?

So here is what I got....

DMG: 9079

23% crit chance

Talents

Destructive: 18% armor destruction

Ferocious: 13% damage to named elites

Meticulous: 23% chance to refill mag after killing enemy

I rolled a couple more and was able to get a little higher damage (+100 approx.) but all the talents seemed worthless and I rolled one that got as high as 25% Crit dmg but with worthless talents.  Should I even bother to keep trying better or should I save and use my materials elsewhere.  Still need to get a HE secondary weapon.  Any advice on what to spend PC's on for this?  I'm currently using a purple M1A

As long as you're using the talents it looks solid. Great against elites.

Yeah, this looks like a VERY good roll vs elites. It should shred with ease.

Honestly, any that I roll that do not have the +25% critical hit damage, I just trash. I think that is a must-have talent on the Vector.  If you get that with the armor damage one, you will be sitting pretty.

LOVE that roll my man!!!! Not the best PVP roll. But a pretty damn good PVE roll!!!! Get your self the High end Extended Mag Blue print. Roll your self a extended mag with extra rate of fire and you will DESTROY some NPCs. As far as a great HE secondary. Right now they should still have the Blackmarket AK-74 Blue print. That thing is BEAST. The Pakhan is a wonderful PVE weapon as well and would be a great HE secondary. I have all three at this point and still use all three on the reg.
