I posted this Info in the "share your build" topic so just thought I would post this so its easier for everyone else to see. Some research online lead me to these caps;

Damage mitigation from Armor is 65% (amounting to about 4,640 Armor);

Critical Hit Chance is 60%--though, whether Pulse counts toward this cap is uncertain since it doesn't affect your Character sheet and is more of a debuff to pulsed enemies than a buff to the user;

Mobile Cover health is 1.2 million;

Pulse Critical Hit Damage is 100%;

Sticky Bomb damage is 250k;

Turret damage is 2.6k;

Ballistic Shield is 500k;

Smart Cover damage resistance is 75%;

and Signature skill cooldowns are 360 seconds.

that turret damage is pretty garbage... Good thing I don't use it. It's not bad for crowd control though.
