I was messing around tonight and I found that when you switch things around so that electronics are high like 5700 or higher which means stamina was like around 4200 that the weapon dam. mit was 59.17%. So I went out and did a mission in Lz and free roam and I seemed a little squishy. So my question is are massive's numbers squied or what is better higher stamina and a little lower mitigation or high electronics build with higher mitigation?

I think there's a soft cap with skill power. Maybe 200k give or take.

Even with a high mitigation, you can feel a little squishy if your HP is low. Lower stamina number means less HP and slower regen, could be what you're experiencing.
