Crashed drone 03

I found the location for the crashed drone 03. But I cannot collect it. I tried shooting the parachute. I have collected all but this one. Nothing that I have done has dropped it. The redicule doesn't turn red or anything. Please help

I forgot to mention that there is no beeping or any sign that it's there. Any help is appreciated

Does the location show on the map? Are you sure you didn't shoot it down earlier? It lands underneath the air conditioner on the roof just below the parachute. If there's no beeping at all, it should already be down, but I guess it's possible that you shot it down earlier in the game and it vanished.

At the very worst, join the phase of another player that hasn't collected it yet, and go with him/her to get it.

There is no beeping and no it doesn't show up on the map either. I'll try and see if a friend hasn't picked it up yet
