PSN Bought Military Outfits Missing

As Title says i bought a damn Military Outfits from Playstation Store but they are missing, i didnt recive any download content, i didnt recive anything exept paycheck with my damn money wasted on nothing. And yeah i checked Rewards Vendor he doesnt have my stuff as well...what do i do ? i wrote on their official forum but they aint answering back..
