I was working on my 3rd toon when one of my friends jumped in and wanted to start a new toon himself. Once he got done with the intro missions and entered the mainland, he joined my group so we could run together.
We ended up jumping in and out of group to try and switch the instance to his, so that we could work on the missions and tasks he needed done. In the process of doing this, I accidentally jumped out of group and joined a group with some of my other friends in that were GS 229s. After I jumped back into his group I noticed that my BoO development points for all wings jumped to like 3000-4500 points.
I was recording on my Twitch channel (Twitch.tv/S7_sockpuppet) and looked back at the video to make sure this happened. I have a handful of recordings from Friday 11/4, but it's the video with a total length of 3:05:16.
Here's a quick rundown of what happened. I was lvl 8 and accidentally joined group of friends that were lvl 30 GS 229 when trying to fast travel to the BoO. I've listed the times from the video and what my point totals were before and after.

After we got in a group on his instance, I went in and proceeded to completely unlock the medical wing. After we finished Lincoln Tunnel, I opened and completely unlocked the securith wing. Finally after we finished Subway Morgue, I opened and completely unlocked every tech wing.
The glitch for the past points were not an attempt to boost, just something weird that happened. I opened all of the wings as a test to see if the points counted and they sure did. Basically, I have a lvl 9 toon with a fully unlocked BoO.
I'm going to post up about this on the Ubi forum and probably tweet this thread at Hamish and Yannick. If Massive decides to roll back my BoO, I completely understand and wouldn't be too upset. I'm sub-30 and don't have an attachment to my gear and I'd only possibly lose 1 lvl, since I'm at lvl 9 and was at 8.
I just want to stress again that this wasn't an attempt to boost, it was some weird glitch. Also, anyone looking to watch the video would have to do so within the next week, because my twitch channel only saves the videos for a week.
