Armour Cap Mitigation?

What is the Mitigate cap now is it 75% or higher I lost track I am currently at 75 now just wondering if it does go higher then that

Currently the cap is at 75%, which is about 5354 armor.  Anything you have above that is "wasted" and you should look at recalibrating your gear and/or switching up your mods to swap them for almost anything else.
