Overall armor goes up but mitigation is dropped.

PSN Armor not working right.

Overall armor goes up but mitigation is dropped.

It could be a display isue. This game has had issues with dps and other values shown.
Also, bear in mind mitigation% is scaleable to your selected tier level. A higher tier has a higher requirement of armour for cap. Though I'm not sure how larger a jump.
