Like most of the people here i have been looking forward to this game for a long time. But i was curious about what everyone else thinks about the third DLC Last stand. Personally I have had this game preordered since preorders were available and looking forward to it for right at 6 years. To get to the point I would love it if this game had new content and expansions for a long time to come But the name sounds so final that i really hope that isnt all there is to it. I was just wondering what others thoughts were.

I see what your saying raven4070 and although I did not preorder when you did I would love for this game to keep updating for multiple years, it has the potential. New York is a big city and the encounters could be endless. Something I think would be cool is as you wanderer the streets of NY you encounter an apartment pick the lock and find people in it hibernating trying to survive. You can either take their gear from them and leave with a chance of a fight or you can choose to take them to the nearest base of operations and receive exp., funds and loot. The amount of stuff received would be based on if all members make it to the base of operations safely. This type of encounter would not be on the map it would only be accessible to the agents that find them. What do y'all think?

It would be really cool if at any point they added some kind of cross platform support even if it was pve missions only.

As long as it continues to have a player base, they will continue pumping out new content. The games gonna be a cash cow for ubi and they will be releasing new content for years to come.

I dont know if they plan on doing wold events like some online games do. But i think it would be awesome. For example i think it would be fantastic to add something like zombies for Halloween either in world or in a mission. what do you guys think?

I think world events would be great!  Have a faction move into an area and everyone can team together to take them out.  Or one of the faction finds tanks and you have to team up to take them down.

Star Wars the Old republic had a PVP area in it.  There were world events where a group of twelve would go into the PVP area to take down a huge beast(It had different mechanics and enrage timers and was only there randomly).  It was hilarious because one time a group went in to take it down and I couldn't get there fast enough to group up.  However, I went into the area to watch them.  When they saw me, they all attacked me at once and I was rekt,  Sound like the dark zone? hahaha

Unless they change the seasons in game, I don't think they can do events from different times of the year.  It would be cool to have the snow melt and spring come in.  But who knows if they will do that.

Im pretty sure the good folks at ubisoft, massive and the division game can do anything but it takes time and money. Something has to be profitable in order for it to be considered. I know it's a video game but there are politics behind the scenes. What I do hope that all things are considered and if it can be applied it is. I also hope that other projects (other games) to come do not take away or distract from the division game.

last stand doesn't mean last stand for the division agents. It could refer to one of the antagonist groups. Maybe we take the action to rikers, and drive the rikers out. Maybe to the UN and chase of the Last Man Battalion. i think if there is money to be made and a player base to play they will add expansions. Three expansions is most likely what they initially budgeted for.

If the playerbase stays active, then Ubisoft will continue to produce content to make money. Now, if successful, a sequel will be inevitable. Which will mean even more content!

I haven't even looked at any of the DLC yet. I need to check it out.

Considering how much time and effort they put into the snowdrop engine, they are gonna keep pumping out content as long as this game has fans. I have been waiting for this game since GRFS. Such a good game.
