    The level 31 pieces were generally better because of the stats they had, not because of the 31 beside them. Same thing goes for gear score.     Do you have a source for this? From everything I have seen gear score is just a rating system to give you an idea of how good a piece of gear is compared to another piece. It does not directly impact the performance, but is just a rating system.  Have you seen something else?

    Black Market AK-74  Blueprint is in the Base of Operations. Unless you are running a skill build, it is far superior to the Liberator. Even if you are running a skill build, you can keep crafting until you get the same or similar talents.

    No they should not disable any advantages one player has over another. I hate that. There would be less point in equipping better gear in that case. The PVP area is not supposed to be fair. This is what happens when you give everyone a participation trophy.

    Skill allocation

    That spot is reserved for 1 signature skill. You have to upgrade a wing to 100% completion to unlock that wing's signature skill. The signature skill for each wing is the skill at the bottom of your skill list in each wing category.

    Don't be silly. That is a waste of time. A much better strategy will be to jump in when other agents are fighting NPC's and get in a couple of shots. That way you both get a HE drop. Then wait until the agent or agents pick up their loot... and then kill them. That way you get your drop plus...

    It would have been interesting if they incorporated some kind of rating for your character. The more civilians you clip, the more that rating goes down, until eventually you are labeled rogue and have to join the LMB or some other rogue faction. Then we could have 2 player factions in the DZ...
