    First - try another GPU - I still find the RTX 2080ti suspect. but... RAID0, striping, will cause weird delays and scatter data.  Kill that.  The data changes to frequent to make use of striping.  Striping is only good for static data where lots of reads are needed - not game data that changes...

    I say don't go for the drops after level 20. They are not worth it.
