    Cant you get NAT1 on ur PS4 with the router your using, does it have a modem (bridge) function? as last try, disable router firewall. btw never forget to restart your router and ur ps4 after making changes.

    ok, theres other solutions for wifi connection you can also try to open ports in your router for the PS4 and the Division you can look up the numbers on google, or activate DMZ with PS4 ip, or disable firewall.

    They sent a new patch today that fix the problem? awesome, even better cos some people dont have this option on their router. but having NAT1 is always a plus, with NAT1 you never get connection errors, its a highway from the router to the console without any blocks on the way.
