Can't Activate My Tech Wing

I was able to activate the medical and security wing but i wasnt able to activate my tech wing, it said that i completed the mission and the next step was to talk to a guy name Paul? But he's not there and there was no cutscene. i could see the computer glowing but i cant interact with it

Anyone else having the same kind of problem?

You have to go upstairs into the tech wing and speak with Paul Rhodes, right as you enter the door he'll be standing right there in front of the desk

I also have the same problem as do many others as it seems. I've replayed the subway mission numerous times and Paul Rhodes is nowhere to be found in the BoO

He's not there, I been running around upstairs looking for him and re-doing the tech mission and after all that, I'm still not able to activate my tech wing and Paul Rhodes is no where to be seen.

I've been having the same issue. Completed the appropriate mission several times solo and with a team. Still no Paul Rhodes anywhere to be seen. I've searched high and low in the BoO. Really hope I wont need to start a new game to get around this.

I am also having this issue... Im lvl 15 and can't do anything in my tech wing cause hes not anywhere to be found

I finally gave in at lvl 10 and started a new save. Second time around and I've unlocked the tech wing.

For anyone thinking of a new beginning remember to move your gear to a stash box, you'll be able to pick it up in your new save.

tech wing bug, couldnt activated because paul rhodes is nowhere to be found. it did happened to me, i created a new character and now im at lvl 28, i wasted 24hours of game time on my first character for nothing,

sorry you are having this problem, no one i know has run into this so i don't know how to help...only thing i can come up with is make a new character

I started a new character a little while ago, just a shame I sank hours into my first character. It's great that Ubi have fixed a few things in the game and improved the DZ somewhat but this bug, it's gotten right under my skin. Thanks you all the same, nice to find a civilized forum there days.

I'm also having this problem.  Seems like its happening to a lot of people.  Bring back Paul Rhodes plz!

I started a new character.  that seems the only thing to do.  If anybody does.  the first thing you need to do is do the subway morgue mission to know whether you can unlock the tech wing  on the new character, prior to doing any other mission.  this will save you time cause you many need to start another character again.  LOL   frustration. i just checked after the update last night and no fix on this issue
