Can't play

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I searched and could not find anything.

I pre-ordered The Division, and downloaded the Beta, but I cannot play. I get an error message that states "The Division services are not available at this time. Please try again later." And below that is a red box with 'Delta 20010159' in it. 

I would love to play this game and see what it is like since this will be the first beta I have ever downloaded, but I can't. I tried at least two times with at least four hours between each try. Can someone please help me out? Let me know if I need to do something or should I wait. I read that there may be some server outages, but I don't know if this is that.

I feel like a noob asking this, but I am confused.

The beta isn't active until the 18th on the xbox one and the 19th on ps4 and pc. You will get error codes until the servers go online on those days. It will be available to play from those dates until the 21st.

Hmmmm......

Well I feel more like a noob now. I am wondering now how I see people on the PSN playing this game. They must be ones that get the game to play it to find the major bugs and report.

They are probably updating the game. As you need to launch the game to do so.

I have only done this four or five times each time I log on.
