Forgot to Introduce Myself

Hello everyone, I'm g1nt3r, pronounced g-int-er

I'm 26, I've been playing video games since SNES and Genesis. Got really into them when I started playing NovaLogic's Delta Force. I then started playing Counter-Strike 1.6, moved to Counter-Strike: Source where I ran a pretty successful gaming community called SikkWithIt. Got too busy when I turned 18 and just casually played games after that. I work in Risk Management, I have a dog named Chewy (after chewbacca) and a gf named Abbie. I drive a jeep and my favorite food is a full rack of baby back ribs with a side of mac n cheese and mash potatoes. I enjoy gaming, shooting, archery, snowboarding, spooky television shows, NCIS, and sleeping. Oh and I'm very sarcastic and am almost never telling the truth.

Thanks so much DIR3 for being an active part of this community. I'm honestly just really happy to have a place where we can bring everyone together and I hope we just grow and grow with more and more awesome people.

I played little bit when it was a half life mod but only like 3 or 4 times.

You really cheated yourself. 1.3 - 1.5 was the best gaming years of my life >.< 1.6 was great too though, at least you got to play that I quit at source. I was a competitive player, used to play and win many local tourneys here in cali. But source set the skill bar so low anyone could get headshots just by staring at the floor. I was like. k bye cs. Havent picked it up since, except to play 1.6. But the whole competitive scene went source.

I feel you, source and 1.6 were definitely different games. I ran a Source community for years. We had a cal team that did pretty well a couple of the season. Good times.
