With the level cap being raised to level 40 will we have to re farm any exotics we have. Will I be able to upgrade my eagle bearer to level 40 or will I have to go back into the raid

Initially, the exotic upgrade option for lv 31-40 wont be available. However, devs have indicated they are looking at making it possible further down the track.

I haven't seen much in leveling up yet in the game. I playing the game since they added the new upgrade and haven't notice any level up yet and I'm still at level 30. Question ? What do you do to level up to 40 or knowing your leveling up?.........Because I been playing Main Mission on harder and higher along with Side Missions and still haven't seen any change in leveling up from level 30 or higher yet. So what am I doing wrong here?

You won't be able to get to level 40 until the expansion comes out on the 3rd.

And it is only if you buy the expansion. If not, you stay capped at 30.

Well I got the expansion pass when I bought Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Gold Edition on March 8, 2019 from Amazon.com. So hush up Joker.

That doesn't include the Warlords of New York expansion that releases in March. That was only for year one content, which is over.

Lol. That still doesn't get you Warlords of New York or an increased level cap.
Warlords of New York is a separate $30 purchase.

Well there was a little confusion & misunderstanding on us both or I would have said I did buy the Warlords of New York expansion. But it wasn't mention in the some of posts above. So I do apologize on this confusion & misunderstanding to you Joker.

Looks like I don't have to buy Warlords of New York DLC after all. I kind of knew I was going to get it for free. Which I did last night & It's large update took almost 4 hours to download on Xbox One S. Now The Division 2 has a whole new look to it & I can now play the Warlords of New York.

You said that you paid for it above, so you didn't get it for free. Nobody got it unless they paid for it or have the Uplay membership which I don't think is offered on Xbox. It's only PC.

You are obviously just lying and trolling now. You did not get it for free. It was not part of the season pass from last year.
The only way anyone is playing it on Xbox is if they bought the Warlords of New York Expansion. Period. Anything else is just utter bullshit.

I know all major launches have some bugs and server issues, but I'm kind of surprised just how bad this one has been. I got hit by the stupid community manager bug that wouldn't let me progress on the Monday launch day. Fortunately, that was fixed, but not until Tuesday.
There have been a ton of server problems. This bug on Xbox hit a lot of people. It's like they didn't play test the expansion at all before launch.

Joker I do apologize . The Warlords of New York Expansion is on the DC map.........but last night when I wanted to play it & when I click on the pilot next to the chopper a fee pop up for $29.99. Which I thought it was free but I was wrong & you were right. But I did get a whole lot of new stuff was added along with level 40 was also added & new changes to the DC map were also made. Which I do apologize about Warlords of New York not being free & for this misunderstanding. Next time I'll try to take your word for it.
