Windbreaker Jacket IRL?

Hello all I need some help with attempting to find a jacket for my cosplay. Specifically the Windbreaker jacket. I have this jacket on all of my characters as I love the look and I want to incorporate it into my cosplay. I am having problems however attempting to find anything that looks remotely like it. Mostly it's the shoulder piece that I can't find, and I don't know if there is a separate version where I could attach it. Anyone have any leads?

I've looked a few times for jackets myself, even though I never will get around to putting together my own cosplay. Although, I'll take a look again and see if I can find you anything.

I think you have to buy a jacket that looks closest to this and go to a tailor to customise the shoulder pads.

I was kinda expecting that, however I'm not sure what kind of shoulder pads those look like? Not quite sure where to start searching. The closest I've been able to find is a dirt bike pad, but I'd rather not buy an entire jacket just to rip out the pieces I need.
