Beta help

Hey 

I registered for the beta and got a confirmation email as did all my friends. My boyfriend also did this but has not received an email stating he has access to the beta. Is this a glitch in the system? Shud we be worried?

I preordered for the access so I really couldn't be certain on the answer for your question. Mayne someone here has signed up for beta access?

Have you tried emailing ubisoft support or their twitter @UbisoftSupport?

I wouldn't wait till the last second to ask for help as you can download beta 48 hours prior of launch this weekend

all i know is they send out the invites in waves, so some will get some, while others wont. Even though i pre ordered the game for PS4, and already in the beta. i signed up for the PC version of the beta on their site, and i havent gotten an invite yet as well

I'd give it at least until tomorrow and then contact ubi via twitter, they're usually pretty good about responding.

Hmmm, it's kind of weird he didn't receive a confirmation email. I'd try to contact Ubisoft anyway, the only way to be sure

When I signed up it said if I'm selected for the beta I will be contacted via the email connected to my Uplay account.  It told me this right after step four of the sign up process on that same page, so I didn't receive any confirmation email for the sign up either.

I would wait a day and a half or 2 day then if you don't get an email I would contact ubisoft support.

I have a gift card from Walmart so I figured I'd pre-order the game from them to get into the beta. Well according to their site the game wouldn't be available for pick up until 3/16, so forget that!  Looks like I'll be at the mercy of an invite email from Ubisoft after all.

​The beta code should of been on your receipt and then you were supposed to redeem it at the division site. Check your receipt!

No I didn't end up pre-ordering it online from them because their site said it wouldn't be available for pick up until 3/16. I still might pre-order it from Gamestop though since I still have time. I'm old school and still like physical copies, so no digital pre-orders for me.

The way they set up the codes is really stupid, you need a code to get a code to get the beta. Would have been much simpler just to make the first code redeem the beta to your account...

​​Yup! He said that sometimes the shipment doesn't arrive on the same day as release and for that reason Walmart is trying to do away with pre-ordering all together. I actually went there in person before checking online to do exactly what you mentioned earlier and the guy said not only has he not seen any pre-order cards for The Division, he hasn't seen much of anything anymore at all. We looked and the only one we could find was for something called "Battle......" can't remember the entire name but it looked like a kids game.
