weapon GS 204 vs 182

hi everyone,

i wonder if the GS effect the efficiency of the weapon.....

for example 2 AUG with the same talents, one GS204, one 182.....is there a difference between them?

....or is GS just for playing Incursion 2?

Base damage range is increased between all the GS levels. For example;

gs 163 base damage 6500-7500

gs 182 base damage 7000-8000

gs 204 base damage 7500-8500

this is why, depending on the role, you can have a GS 163 Aug that is stronger than a 182 or 204.

Gear score doesn't affect DZ. A 204 weapon does you no good if the remainder of your gear is poor choices.

There's a ton of players running around the DZ now at 200+ that have no idea what they're doing. We show them quite often, but they don't seem to learn.
