This is my first RPG,and Im really diggin it! Just need a little help with giving my weapon some more damage, and buffing my armor a bit. Im not real sure how exactly to go about it. I'd like to hit the DZ a bit more often, and a bit more effectivly. Thanks guys

Raising your DPS is more level based than equipment based. If you're already dropping superior weapons, it's best to use the weapon with the highest level rating. From there, you just add mods to them to buff them. Try to stay away from buying weapons from vendors. You're more than likely to drop better gear and equipment anyway the more work you put in. One thing I would recommend is recalibrated your gear to suit your play style. You can recalibrate electronics for firearms buff or for health if you choose. It's worth it in the long run since it only costs a few thousand bucks. You can make that back up selling off your useless gear and equipment.

Also, I should add....Don't concentrate too much on the actual DPS number. Yes, it is important, but it is also a bit tricky to understand. DPS is rated at your optimum range. So if your OR is only 10 ft, your DPS value decreases the further outside of 10 ft. you are. In other words, add attachments/mods that increase OR and Critical Damage. Those are the real death dealers.
