Hi guys, ever since the Warlords of New York has been release I haven't been able to play because of some graphics artifacts, I have tried every thing in the book, reinstall graphics drivers, upgrade windows, reset registry, try to play in full screen, window mode, window mode border less. Nothing seems to fix it I've run out of both patience and ideas.
Any of you got a fix for this by any chance?

NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2080 with G-SYNC® (8 GB)
32 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM
