Hi fellow agents!
I'm a master student from University of Sheffield currently studying the effects of online reviews on brand equity and intentions, using "The Division 2" as the target. This research is a survey-based study about perceptions and satisfaction with gaming in young adult gamers, which will be trying to examine the effectiveness of the online reviews by other video game players (both positive and negative), on gamers perceived brand equity as well as the intentions to continue on purchasing or playing.
By participating in this test, you will be randomly given online reviews for the game “The Division 2” as well as the followed questionnaires via the Google Forms. You are required to answer the questionnaire after reading the reviews.
The participation of this test is completely voluntary and can be withdrawn or stopped any moment during the test. It is up to you to decide whether or not to take part. The data collected will be used to determine the effectiveness of the electric words of mouth, as well as the participants brand engagement level on brand equity and stickiness intentions.
