New York outfit

The same day that 1.6 was released, I purchased a New York outfit, for $4.99.

From the Xbox/The Division shop, I can see that I purchased it, and thus it doesn't give me the option to purchase again/download. However, via the Vendor in The Terminal, there is no mention of my New York outfit. The only outfit listed, is one, the Splinter Cell one I bought a while back. 

Where else can I look for said outfit, to thus apply it?

FYI -  I checked Appearance, and the only one listed was the Splinter Cell outfit. Something like 1 of 6 for outfits. This evening, I'll check again, to verify.

Try the rewards vendor in the BOO. It is a while since I've don this. But I thhink it is that guy.
