hello Agents I am new to this forum I have no idea how to search for a topic, sorry if anything I say here is already a topic. But I have an issue with my Agent origins code I own the division gold edition I did get my hazmat and national guard ,took me a while to find my shotgun, but I also got an email for my code, so the day of the release I used my code via Xbox store and my Xbox told me the outfits downloaded but I have yet to get them I cant find any help on google searches or reddit all I see is ppl saying they have the same problem but they got on one day and BAM its all there I am not as lucky. I was wondering did I use the code wrong should I have used it in game? I looked up the code one more time before posting this and it gave me the same code when I used my uplay or now known as ubisoft club email info in order to get the code. I have a problem with the JTF officer at gramercy safehouse aswell i cant update her even though she tells me she has something for me anyone else have this problem? I jumped on my buddys account and he did not have the same buggy problem. Does anyone know how i can formally bring this up with ubisoft to get this resolved?
