Global event 3x's XP

New member
Was working fine until I change character 9/5/24. Now on main character will not get 3x xp. Log out, relog in, Restarted game, Still no more 3x xp. On the Nyz tab It said (all boosted xp gained) I thought is was supposed to go until September 10th. Anyone have insight on this
