I've been using this program for about a year now and it's kind of the "vine" of gaming. You download the application and it runs while you play games. You go back when your session is over and clip parts then share to your profile. You can also embed them. Anyway you can  read more here they have been getting a lot of press today.

Oh thats pretty cool, simplifies sharing your gaming clips.

Yep! I was explaining in discord earlier I use it more over actually streaming because I don't really have time to have a dedicated Stream but I use Forge in the background and it records everything. You can bookmark at important parts to easily find them and clip.. then share with the world. It's nice to show people what you're doing in a game or something bad ass you may have done.
